How To Register

Thank you for considering sending your child to Pleasant Valley Preschool. For a registration form and a release form, just click on the file below and print it out. When you send in your completed registration and release forms, please include a $35 non-refundable fee. This fee will ensure a spot for your child in our Preschool. We will also need a copy of your child’s current immunization form before he or she comes to class.
